We carry out maintenance systematically on the basis of a detailed checklist with transparent work steps and according to detailed test procedures. You can choose between recurring maintenance (possible intervals: 6, 12, 18, 24 months) and one-time maintenance. All maintenance activities include:
- Testing and inspection of exposed parts

- Replacement of wear parts (included)
- Oil change if necessary
- Full functional testing
- Proof of quality with a reference application at your facility after maintenance by IRPD
- Backup of current system data
- Maintenance log with recommendations

Inspection
During inspection, we check your machine visually. Our service technicians create a detailed inspection checklist, which is then evaluated with you. This allows you to form a clear picture of the machine's condition.
